Highlights
Service is outstanding: They actually are known as having the best servers in town. Customer Service is one of their core values and they get debriefed up to twice a week on service and standards.
Servers
They are all spectacular, my favorites are Mark, Elon, Elmer and the one of the owners Mark Co (who is a bit of an expert on exotic food)
